1. How long do I need to wait to receive my order?
• Delivery times depend on your country of residence. Most orders are shipped the same day
and typically arrive within two days of dispatch. For more information, please visit our

2. Do you offer same-day delivery?
• Yes, we offer same-day delivery to selected emirates within the UAE. For more information,
please visit our Shipping Section.
3. How is the delivery process?
Our Team will process and ship your order after receiving it. Once the order has been
dispatched, a tracking number will be sent to your registered email address. The courier will
contact you via your mobile number to confirm the delivery time. The package will be delivered
at the scheduled time, and a signature will be required upon receipt. If delivery is unsuccessful
(e.g., no answer, customer unavailable, etc.), the courier will make up to two additional delivery
attempts on the following days. In case of failed delivery, our team will contact you to arrange
either a new delivery schedule or a pickup option.

5. I ‘ve received my orders, but some items are not my size. How do I exchange/return
them?

• For hygiene and safety reasons, all lingerie items are strictly non-returnable and non
exchangeable. We encourage customers to carefully review sizing and product details
before purchasing.
6. What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
• If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 24–48 hours with
